I am having trouble installing Diskeeper 2007 for home use.

I keep getting a download failure and it asks for a proxy server. This is a home machine on a home network.

Dan, please send an email to service@diskeeper.com. They can help you out. They're busy, but they will get back to you.

Sorry to say that, but Diskeeper 2007 has caused nothing but trouble for me. I can no longer eject my iPod/USB drives (unless I turn off the Diskeeper service) and automatic defragging does not work on my main C drive although it is reported to be heavily fragmented. Thanks for the service e-mail above, to which I have submitted my problems. I was turning in a circle on the web site trying to report my trouble.

Hi Haje,

Unselect the New Volume Detection option in Diskeeper's Configuration Properties window.

We are also releasing an update with some enhancements in this respect.

Technical Support will be able to help you with your other issue.
